October 9: The Seaside Vizslas
head up to Primland Resort in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia to hunt pheasant!
Our good friends the Brumbaughs (Upfront Vizslas), will join us at the resort, making for
some good times, great memories, and hopefully amazing pictures!
October 4:
Lady
makes her Senior Hunter debut and gets her first leg! Four more to go, good girl!
October:
Jake
is ranked #9 in the US for Vizsla Puppy/Derby!
July
7/12 --
Jake's
momma, Dart, goes BISS from the field trial class at the Illinois Specialty! Great
job! She's now BISS CH Red Oak Totem from Snowridge OA OAJ JH. She needs one
more major for her Dual Championship and has one Master Hunter leg, though she won't
compete in Hunt Tests again until she gets her Dual. Way to go Dart, Jake is very
proud!
March
March 30: Mark and Crystal
were honored with the Valhalla Memorial Handler's Promise trophy--which is given to an
owner/handler and promotes the versatile Vizsla--by the Tampa Bay Vizsla Club. We
are very proud and grateful, but can't take full credit, these awesome dogs we have make
it all fun and easy. We have had amazing mentors and our club is amazing as well.

March 30:
Jake
gets 2nd in Amateur Derby at the TBVC Field Trial to end the field trial season. 7
more months till his Derby season, the countdown begins!
March 30:
Jake
gets 1st in Open Puppy at the TBVC Field Trial in a competitive 14 dog stake to finish up
his puppy points and his puppy season!
March 29:
Jake
gets 2nd in Open Derby at the TBVC Field Trial with one of the best runs he's ever had!
March 16:
Jake
gets a NAVHDA Natural Ability Prize 1! He tracked the pheasant down, pointed it,
caught it, and retrieved it all the way back to Mark. Good boy!

February 17:
Lady
places 4th in the Hunting Dog Stake at the
TBVC Field Trial!
February 10:
Jake
places 4th in Open Puppy at the NFGSP Field
Trial!

Jake
gets his final JH leg, going 4 for 4! And in tradition,
his first bird is found before he gets to the bird field.

gets his 3rd JH leg at the Central Florida GSP Hunt Test in
some tough conditions, finding a bird before he gets to the
bird field!

Lady
starts her Agility class, look out Agility, here comes

gets his first blue ribbon and Field point, winning first
place in Open Puppy at the Central Florida GSP Walking Field
Trial at only 6 months old!

28: Jake
gets his 2nd leg of his JH, making his dad proud.

27: Jake
tries some bird hunting action at his first Hunt Test,
bringing home his first orange ribbon and one leg, finding a
bird before he even gets to the bird field!

21:
Jake
makes his Field Trial debut at at the Mid-Florida Brittany
Club Walking Field Trial at 6 months old, and takes home a
4th place ribbon in Open Puppy!

16-23:
Lady
and
Jake
hunt pheasant at
Primland in Virginia.
Mom and Dad have an awesome luxury mountain vacation.
Already booked for next year!

Little
Jake
is born!

is signed up for JH so she does a fun-run, with green Mom
handling. Despite that, she gets an extra JH leg, just
in case. ;)
