Tampa Bay Vizsla Club Rescue

We started fostering in 2007 because we felt the need to help all of the Vizslas out there who are less fortunate than ours.  Our first foster's name was Woody, an 8 month old V who had been neglected.  Rescue is always looking for volunteers, and nothing is more rewarding!  If you are looking to surrender your Vizsla, please click the above link and contact the Rescue Chair.

Woody, a.k.a. Woodaker T. Veesh

Woody with his new forever family!  And of course, we said goodbye to Woody (now Copper) at the beach.  :)

Sally was bought at a pet store and surrendered to rescue at only 9 weeks old.  Her new family threw her a welcome home puppy party, and she is living the good life in Bradenton!

Peanut was 6 years old and lived with 2 different families before she came to us.  Thank goodness for great breeders...it was discovered who the breeder was, and she paid to have her flown from Florida to Arizona to get her back.  Peanut didn't like children, but was an amazing, beautiful, sweet girl, and the closest we've ever come to being foster failures.

Maya was 9 months old when she came into rescue.  She had a TON of energy!

Maya with her forever family, Lisa, Whitney, and Buck.  Buck was also a TBVC rescue!
